El present concurs té per finalitat promocionar la creació artística i donar difusió a les festes de Sant Sebastià, per a la qual cosa s'estableix la concessió d'un premi de 3.000 € al millor cartell publicitari.
Cada participant pot presentar un màxim de dos cartells, que han de ser originals i inèdits. Es poden presentar de dilluns a divendres, del 27 d'octubre al 7 de novembre de 2008 a Participació Ciutadana, pl. de Santa Eulàlia, 9, 3r pis, en horari de 9 a 14 hores, sense perjudici de la possiblitat de presentar els cartells per correu.

El present concurs té per finalitat promocionar la creació artística i donar difusió a la Cavalcada dels Reis Mags (la temàtica de la qual serà el planeta blau i els quatre elements: terra, aigua, aire i foc), per a la qual cosa s'estableix la concessió d'un premi de 600 € al millor cartell publicitari.
